Rock-controlled left over sand that, at 6 ft with a W wind, can run half a kilometre - one of the best on the coast when it's on, but doesn't always work. Take-off can be in front of the rock. (Sand-bottom - include/exclude to taste.). It works best on a SE swell with WNW winds. Watch for: rips, rock at take-off, car theft, sharks.
