Strike Mission provides surf forecast data, wave condition analysis, and travel planning tools. Our Strike Score algorithm aggregates data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations for surfers.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: Surf forecasts are inherently uncertain. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee forecast accuracy
• Ocean conditions can change rapidly and without warning
• Always exercise personal judgment and prioritize safety
• Check local conditions upon arrival at any surf spot

4. Limitation of Liability

Strike Mission and its operators shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of our forecasts or recommendations. Surfing is an inherently dangerous activity. Users assume all risks associated with surfing and travel decisions made using this Service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to scrape data without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
• Redistribute our data without attribution
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Strike Score algorithm, spot database, and all original content are the intellectual property of Strike Mission. Forecast data may be derived from third-party sources (Open-Meteo, NOAA, Stormglass) and is used under their respective licenses.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We collect minimal data to provide and improve the Service:

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, general location (country/region)
• Device Data: Browser type, operating system, screen size
• API Requests: Endpoints accessed, request timestamps (for rate limiting)

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (unless you create an account)
• Precise GPS location (we only use IP-based general location)
• Financial information (handled by third-party payment processors)
• Social media data

3. How We Use Information

• To provide surf forecasts and recommendations
• To improve the Strike Score algorithm
• To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with partners. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Our public API endpoints (/api/llm/*) are available for integration with AI assistants, chatbots, and other applications. Access is subject to rate limits.

• /api/llm/spots: 100 requests per hour
• /api/llm/forecast/*: 10 requests per hour per spot

3. Attribution

When using Strike Mission data, please include attribution: "Data provided by Strike Mission (strikemission.app)"

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling raw data without permission
• Building competing forecast services using our data
• Circumventing rate limits
• Using data in ways that could endanger users

5. LLM/AI Integration

We welcome integration with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.). Our API returns JSON-LD with detailed explanations designed for LLM consumption. For partnership inquiries, contact us below.
