Corais

Itacaré, BA, Brazil
🪸Sharp reef⚠️Shallow🦔Urchins

Corais is Itacaré's premier reef break, a hollow left that barrels over coral in the warm tropical waters of Bahia. The wave is accessed via a jungle trail and offers some of the most pristine reef surfing in Brazil. When E/NE swells push in, the wave transforms into a mechanical tube machine, throwing over the shallow reef with impressive consistency. Booties are recommended due to the coral and sea urchins.
