Rocky Point

North Shore, USA
🪸Sharp reef👥Crowded👊Localism

Rocky Point is the North Shore's overlooked gem—a high-quality right-hand reef break sitting in Pipeline's shadow that often delivers world-class barrels while the circus next door gets all the attention. The multiple peaks offer variety, from steep, hollow tubes to more workable walls, and the wave handles size well into the double-overhead range. Rocky's has been a proving ground for up-and-coming pros for decades, offering real North Shore power with slightly less consequence than its famous neighbor. On the right swell, this is as good as reef surfing gets anywhere in the world.
