Off The Wall is Pipeline's equally terrifying next-door neighbor—a world-class barrel breaking over an even shallower reef that would be famous anywhere else on Earth but lives forever in the shadow of its iconic sibling. The wave produces the same thick, dredging barrels as Pipe, often with more size and an even more critical takeoff. The shallow cave-like reef below has claimed countless surfers and boards, and the heavy local crew expects the same respect as the Pipeline lineup. When Pipe is maxed out, OTW is often the call for those seeking the ultimate North Shore barrel.
