Partner program terms

These terms cover both the Strike Mission Partner program and Strike Crew. They're written plainly because you should be able to read them.

1. Joining

Applications are reviewed and approved manually. We can decline any application without giving a reason, and we can end a partnership at any time — if we do, you're still paid every reward that has already matured and isn't otherwise voided under these terms. You can leave whenever you like; the same applies.

You're an independent participant in a referral program. This isn't employment, agency, partnership in the legal sense, or a franchise, and it doesn't give you authority to make commitments on our behalf.

2. What your audience gets

50% off the first year of Strike Mission Pro through your link or code: $89/year becomes $44.50, $29/quarter becomes $14.50. It applies to new customers only, on top of the standard free trial, and it does not apply to Founding Member or Trip Pass purchases. The discount runs for 12 months, after which the subscription renews at the normal price.

3. What you earn

  • Partners: 50% of what each referred customer actually pays us — after their discount, before tax — for their first 24 months as a customer. Founding Member sales earn a flat 25% one time. Trip Pass is excluded.
  • Strike Crew captains: 20% of what each member of your crew pays in their first 12 months, settled as credit against your own Strike Mission subscription rather than a cash payout.
  • Rewards are calculated on money we actually collect. Refunds, chargebacks and failed payments reduce or reverse the reward in proportion.
  • Your rate is recorded against every individual payment at the time it's earned. If we change program rates later, your existing referred customers keep the rate they were signed up under.

4. How referrals are tracked

Two ways: your personal link sets a 90-day attribution cookie, and your code can be typed at checkout. If someone uses a code, the code wins over the link. Once a customer's first payment is attributed to you, they stay attributed to you for your whole reward window, even after their discount ends.

Some things genuinely can't be tracked: a customer who clears cookies, uses a different device without your code, or signs up more than 90 days after clicking. We also don't pay rewards on customers we win back ourselves through our own recovery offers, because that revenue isn't new business you brought us.

5. Maturity and payouts

  • Each reward matures 30 days after the customer's payment. That matches our 30-day money-back guarantee, so a refund can be handled before money leaves.
  • Partner payouts go out manually by PayPal or Wise once your matured balance reaches US$50. Below that it rolls over; nothing expires.
  • Crew rewards are applied as credit to your next Strike Mission invoice. They aren't redeemable for cash.
  • Payouts are in US dollars. Any currency conversion, transfer or receiving fees charged by your payment provider are yours.
  • Australian residents: before your first payout we need your ABN, or an ATO “Statement by a Supplier” form. Without one, Australian tax law requires us to withhold 47% of payments over A$75. You're responsible for your own tax, including GST if you're registered.
  • You're responsible for your own taxes wherever you live. We don't withhold anything on your behalf outside the Australian rule above.

6. Rules for promoting

  • Disclose the partnership. Every post, video, email or story that carries your link or code must make the commercial relationship obvious — #ad, “partner”, “paid partnership”, whatever fits the platform. This is required by the ACCC in Australia and the FTC in the US, and it isn't optional here.
  • No coupon or deal sites. Don't post your code to voucher aggregators, deal forums, or extension-based coupon services. Codes found there get deactivated and unmatured commissions on them are voided.
  • No self-referral. Don't use your own code, and don't create accounts to claim rewards on. Codes are restricted to new customers at the payment-provider level anyway.
  • No paid search on our brand. Don't bid on “Strike Mission” or close variants in search advertising, and don't run ads that send traffic straight to strikemission.app through your link.
  • No spam. Unsolicited bulk email, DMs to strangers, comment spam, or automated posting will end the partnership and void unpaid rewards.
  • Don't claim to be us. Don't register domains, social accounts or app listings using our name, and don't present yourself as Strike Mission staff.
  • Be accurate. Forecasts are probabilistic. Don't promise anyone guaranteed waves, guaranteed scores, or results we don't claim ourselves.

7. Using our brand

While you're an active partner you may use the Strike Mission name, screenshots and logo to promote the product honestly. Don't modify the logo, don't use it in a way that implies endorsement of something else, and stop using it if the partnership ends. Everything you post remains yours; you give us permission to reshare partner content that mentions us.

8. What voids a reward

Rewards can be withheld or reversed where a referral involves fraud, self-referral, a breach of the promotion rules above, a chargeback, or a refund. If we suspect something, we'll tell you what we've seen and give you a chance to explain before we void anything that has already matured.

9. Your data and your partners'

Your dashboard link is private to you. It shows partial email addresses of people who signed up through you so you can recognise your own crew — those people are Strike Mission customers, and you must not attempt to identify, contact, scrape or market to them off the back of it. We handle their data under our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We can change these terms and the program rates. Rate changes apply to referrals made after the change; customers you've already referred keep the terms they were referred under. We'll email active partners about material changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent non-excludable consumer protections where you live.

12. Contact
