Patanemo Point is the coral reef setup on the other side of Patanemo Bay from La Bocaina. When conditions align perfectly—clean N-NE swell, light winds, right tide—it produces world-class waves over living coral that local surfers swear could be the best wave you've ever ridden. The bay's sheltered position means it needs more swell than exposed breaks, but when it turns on, it's magic.
