Miramar Point

Miramar Point is Northern Nicaragua's accessible quality left—a point break near León that offers consistent waves and multiple nearby breaks to explore. The wave itself provides workable walls over rocky reef, while the surrounding area includes Pipes (hollow beachbreak), Shacks (fast hollow left), and various other setups. Thanks to the Lake Nicaragua wind corridor, the area enjoys predominantly offshore winds year-round. The growing surf camp scene here offers an alternative to the southern Emerald Coast crowds while delivering similarly consistent conditions.
