Honolua Bay

Honolua Bay is Maui's crown jewel—a world-class right point break that produces quarter-mile rides when winter swells wrap around the northwest tip of the island. The wave requires swells to pass around Molokai, which filters out smaller energy and leaves only the longest-period groundswells. When conditions align, Honolua delivers perfect peeling walls with barrel sections through multiple connected sections. It's widely considered the best wave in Maui and one of Hawaii's finest points.
